The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Indian Health Service's Navajo Area Indian Health Service, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Cepheid for the procurement of reagent supplies necessary for testing XP3COV2/FLU/RSV-10 at the Inscription House Health Center in Tonalea, Arizona. This contract will be a firm fixed price agreement for the delivery of reagents on an as-needed basis, highlighting the critical role these supplies play in supporting laboratory testing and public health initiatives. Interested parties other than Cepheid may submit capability statements by December 28, 2024, at 12:00 PM (MST) to Ms. Daisha Richards at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov, although the government is under no obligation to respond to submissions or to conduct a competitive procurement.
