The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC), located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., UEI Number JG5JF2JQJ121, for service and supplies for two Ortho Vision Swift Blood banking analyzers. Various supplies are to be ordered on an as needed basis for performing typing, antibody screens, crossmatches, etc. on patient samples and units of blood received. Period of Performance shall be for a duration of one year; 01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient safety care for providing various testing at the facility.
