The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified U.S. airlines to provide passenger transportation services under the City Pair Program, which encompasses over 17,000 domestic and international airport or city pairs. The procurement involves requirement-type contracts for a duration of one year, commencing on October 1, 2025, with options for additional two-month and one-month periods. These contracts are critical for the movement of passengers across various Federal Agencies and authorized users, emphasizing the need for airlines to be certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and approved by the Department of Defense. Interested parties should note that a Pre-solicitation Conference is scheduled for around January 15, 2025, with the final solicitation expected to be released on February 11, 2025. Proposals will be due in March and April 2025, and all inquiries can be directed to James Santini at james.santini@gsa.gov or Andrea Anderson at andrea.anderson@gsa.gov.
