The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Burma is seeking information to inform the design of its Higher Education Activity (HEA), aimed at increasing access to inclusive higher education opportunities for youth in Burma. This Request for Information (RFI) invites responses from interested organizations regarding barriers to education access, risks associated with HEA, and successful technical approaches in similar contexts, particularly in light of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the military coup in 2021.
