The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is offering a funding opportunity for capacity building and technical assistance in sustainable community-led monitoring (CLM) of HIV services in Sierra Leone under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The initiative aims to strengthen CLM systems to enhance the national HIV response, improve service delivery, and enhance client experiences for individuals living with HIV. This cooperative agreement, with an estimated funding amount of $350,000 for the first year, emphasizes collaboration with community actors, healthcare providers, and government stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and sustainability of efforts.
