The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is conducting market research for the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics Phase I project, located in White City, Oregon. The project aims to design and construct new facilities, including a Support Building and a Primary and Specialty Care Building, with a total estimated construction cost between $100 million and $250 million. This initiative is part of a larger effort to enhance services for veterans in the region, addressing the need for modernized healthcare facilities on an active medical campus. Interested parties are invited to respond to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) survey by December 27, 2024, to inform the acquisition strategy, with a draft Request for Proposal expected in early 2025.
