    Sources Sought - Pharmacy Switching Services for Lawton Indian Hospital

    The Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Indian Health Service, is seeking Pharmacy Switching Services for Lawton Indian Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. This notice is a request for information and not a solicitation for proposals. The Indian Health Service is required to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) under the Buy Indian Act.

    The Government is looking for businesses capable of providing Pharmacy Switching Services for Indian Health Services (IHS). Interested vendors should submit their capability statement, including company information, socio-economic status, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, point of contact details, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID, date submitted, applicable GSA Schedule number or other procurement vehicle, and SAM registration status.

    It is important to note that this notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
