    Sources Sought TREASURY, DEPARTMENT OF THE OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY is seeking strategic communications support services to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication program for the office of Information Technology Services (ITS). This program aims to increase employee engagement and includes the creation of various communication products and services related to IT messages, priority projects, and IT services. The OCC is interested in learning about approaches, tools, and techniques for developing communication strategy, plans, and implementation. The strategic communication support services will involve organizational change management, high visibility projects, and facilitating two-way communications to foster strategic partnerships and trust between ITS customers and stakeholders. The OCC is looking for services that adhere to high quality standards and best practices outlined by the General Services Administration's Digital.gov Guides and Resources. The services should also meet security and accessibility requirements.
