The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking information on commercial off-the-shelf email marketing campaign tools to enhance its consumer-oriented email communications program. The objective is to modernize the FCC's outreach efforts, which currently rely on a basic email list manager, by acquiring a solution that supports campaign management, subscriber management, audience segmentation, and analytics for effective communication with over 40,000 subscribers and numerous partner organizations. Interested vendors are invited to submit their capabilities, including product literature and pricing information, by the deadline of 12:00 Noon EST on January 6, 2025, to Susan L.
