    The Department of Energy is seeking quotes for the procurement of a HORIBA Model VA-5011-CO-CH4 with Bracket and Slide Rails.     The award will be given to the offeror with the lowest total price who meets all of BSA's technical requirements. The pricing provided in the quote should remain valid for 60 days. Late quotations will not be considered for award unless it is in BSA's best interest to do so.
