    The Department of Energy is seeking quotes for the procurement of a HORIBA Model VA-5011-CO-CH4 with Bracket and Slide Rails. This item is used as a multi-gas analyzer in analytical laboratory settings.     Furthermore, vendors/contractors are required to be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#). SAM registration can be done online at www.sam.gov, and it is free of charge. The registration should be completed as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for doing business with BSA.

    The award will be given to the offeror with the lowest total price who meets all of BSA's technical requirements. The pricing provided in the quote should remain valid for 60 days. Late quotations will not be considered for award unless it is in BSA's best interest to do so.
