The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Army, is seeking proposals for the F-22 Fuel Dispensing System project at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Alaska. This procurement aims to establish Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) infrastructure to support the operational readiness of the 5th generation F-22 fighter aircraft, which includes the construction of a new JP-8 Tank Farm and associated facilities to significantly increase fuel storage capacity. The estimated contract value ranges from $50 million to $75 million, with a performance period of approximately 931 calendar days, and proposals are expected to be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module by the anticipated solicitation release date of January 8, 2025.
