The State Department of the United States is seeking a firm to supply and erect a fence at the Warwar Juveniles Correctional Facilities in Lebanon. This construction project, estimated to cost between $100,000 and $250,000, needs to be completed within 160 calendar days. The firm must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. The requirements for submitting a proposal include having an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources, all licenses and permits required by local law, meeting local insurance requirements, and the ability to obtain a performance and guarantee bond or post adequate performance security. Additionally, the firm must have no adverse criminal record, no political or business affiliation contrary to the interests of the United States, good experience and past performance records, and specialized experience and technical competence required for the construction work.
