The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking input for a new initiative aimed at enhancing basic education in Tajikistan through a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI invites stakeholders to provide feedback on various educational aspects, including gaps in the current system, after-school programs, bullying interventions, emotional intelligence development, and the promotion of STEM education, to inform the design of the upcoming educational activity. This initiative is significant as it aims to strengthen the primary education system in Tajikistan, building on previous USAID-funded education initiatives since 2014, with the current Learn Together Activity concluding in 2025. Interested parties should submit their responses electronically in English, Tajik, or Russian by the deadline of October 7, 2024, and can contact Dauren Akhmetov at dakhmetov@usaid.gov for further information. The funding for this opportunity has an award ceiling of $15 million, with a minimum award amount of $1.
