The Department of Homeland Security, specifically the U.S. Coast Guard, is seeking qualified contractors to perform underwater hull cleaning and inspection, as well as the renewal of zinc anodes for the USCGC DAINEL TARR, located in Galveston, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the vessel's underwater body, ensuring all marine growth and contaminants are removed, and renewing government-furnished zinc anodes while adhering to specified maintenance procedures. This work is critical for maintaining the operational readiness and longevity of the vessel, with the performance period scheduled from February 3 to February 6, 2025.
