The Indian Health Service (IHS) within the Department of Health and Human Services is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract aimed at providing healthcare staffing services to IHS-operated clinics and hospitals in the Oklahoma City area. The procurement seeks a range of healthcare providers, including anesthesiologists, nurse practitioners, and various specialty physicians, to enhance healthcare delivery to Native American populations across multiple health centers in Oklahoma. This initiative is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside, with a performance period estimated from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2030, and contractors must register in the Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
