The evaluation of offers will be based on the comparison of quoted prices in accordance with MCC Program Procurement Guidelines. The supplier offering the total lowest evaluated quotation price and meeting the required description of the goods on all items will be awarded a purchase order.

Suppliers must clearly state the model of the goods, country of origin, and provide warranty and guarantee conditions/duration for the proposed goods. The minimum guarantee period for the goods is one year. Additionally, suppliers must state the guarantee conditions/period for replacement of defective goods, which should not exceed fourteen calendar days after notification of defects by the contract manager.

Suppliers may challenge the procurement results according to the rules established in the Bid Challenge System developed by the MCA Entity and approved by MCC. The complete Request for Quotation can be requested from MCA-Liberia.
