Sources Sought TRANSPORTATION, DEPARTMENT OF is conducting a Market Survey to gather information for a Design/Build project to replace underground utilities and refurbish the parking lot at the Denver Air Traffic Facility in Longmont, Colorado. The purpose of this survey is to identify capable sources and determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB 8(a)), small business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business, etc. The estimated dollar value of the project is between $5.0 Million and $10.0 Million. The work includes underground utility investigation, site survey, engineering design, subcontractor procurement, and construction. The project also involves refurbishing limited facility parking areas and sidewalks. Contractors with experience in performing successfully at 24-hour critical facilities are encouraged to respond.
