The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide Conflict Coaching Training for up to 30 employees within its Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The objective of this training is to equip VA ADR staff, particularly leaders, with essential skills in conflict management and communication to prevent disputes from escalating and to enhance their ability to navigate difficult conversations. This initiative underscores the VA's commitment to fostering a skilled workforce capable of addressing workplace conflicts constructively. The VA intends to award a sole source contract to Aurelius Talent Solution LLC, with capability statements due by September 10, 2024.
