Solicitation Notice: Defense Supply Center Richmond(DSCR) Building 59-C Gutter Repair The Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Logistics Agency, is seeking a contractor to perform gutter repair on Building 59-C at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) in South Chesterfield, Virginia. The purpose of this project is to fully replace and repair a damaged section of aluminum gutter and downspouts on the West side of the building. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the damaged sections, providing and installing new gutter and downspouts, matching the existing materials, and ensuring proper alignment and pitch for efficient water flow. The estimated contract value for this requirement is between $10,000.00 - $20,000.00. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price award with a period of performance of 45 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is set-aside for 100% small businesses. Interested contractors must be within a commutable driving distance to the DSCR facility, with a 120-mile radius considered the commutable radius. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The deadline for submitting quotes is 08/09/2024. A site visit will be held on 08/01/2024, and interested parties must coordinate with the project manager at least two business days prior to the visit.
