The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking additional sources for the procurement of two P-8A Bootstrap Equipment units, P/N C71020-91 UPGRADE -105, on behalf of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program 290 (PMA-290) located in Jacksonville, Florida. The primary objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to identify potential contractors capable of fulfilling this requirement, as the government intends to negotiate non-competitively with Industrial Automation Inc. The Bootstrap Equipment is classified as a commercial item and plays a critical role in supporting the operational capabilities of the P-8A aircraft. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit capability statements, limited to three pages, addressing the objectives outlined in the notice, without including pricing information.
