The Department of Agriculture, specifically the Forest Service, is seeking qualified contractors for the reconstruction of 2.2 miles of roads within the Williams Creek Campground in Colorado. The project aims to reshape the roadbed, clean ditches, and apply commercially purchased aggregate to enhance road conditions, ensuring continued viability and accessibility for users. This work is critical as the campground roads were originally constructed in the 1960s and require significant upgrades. Interested small businesses are encouraged to submit a Statement of Capability to the Contracting Officer, Lucas Dahlman, at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov, within 15 days of this presolicitation, with an estimated contract value between $100,000 and $250,000, and a performance period from October 6, 2025, to April 24, 2026.
