Unescorted access to USCG Base Honolulu requires RAPIDGate or TWIC credentials. The contractor must provide a list of all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers with RAPIDGate or TWIC credentials. Failure to comply with base access standards may result in denied access to the Coast Guard Facility. Contractor personnel must have photo identification at all times while working on Coast Guard facilities.
