The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration Information Technology (OAIT) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for an open-source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This RFI seeks industry input for the planning, development, deployment, and support of a new on-premises CRM system on the Presidential Information Technology Center (PITC) network. The solution must be air-gapped and meet specific requirements for bulk uploads, contact management, interaction tracking, structured labels, simple search, and dynamic dashboards. OAIT is requesting information on solution architecture, integration design, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs for deployment and support, corporate experience, proposed teams, timelines, and acquisition approaches.
