The platform must support scalability for at least 50,000 subscribers across multiple campaigns, efficient contact management, role-based user access, customizable content creation, and robust analytics and reporting capabilities. This RFI aims to gather market research and identify businesses that can meet the specified requirements, with no guarantee of a subsequent solicitation or award.
