ARPA-H requires real world data (RWD) to inform strategic direction and support individual mission offices and their research and development programs. Additionally, ARPA-H is exploring potential models to make integrated data sets available to the research community while complying with privacy and ethics agreements and lowering access barriers. Respondents are invited to identify potential economic models, limitations, and restrictions in this topic area.
