The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Norfolk District, is seeking qualified firms for a future procurement of a firm-fixed-price construction contract aimed at repairing and upgrading the Emergency Operations Center located at the Norfolk District Headquarters in Virginia. The project involves comprehensive interior renovations to create a fully functional Emergency Operations Center (EOC) that meets the requirements for emergency response and recovery, including technology installations, backup generators, and workspace configurations. The estimated construction cost ranges from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, with a performance period of approximately 270 days following the Notice-to-Proceed.
