The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, is soliciting a federal construction contract for Stringout Construction (Rehabilitation) at Ensley Engineer Yard in Memphis, Tennessee. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, tools, and equipment for Stringout Replacement at EEY, including demolition and removal of existing ramps, piles, and pile caps; excavation, dredging, and disposal; and installation of new floating, structural, utility, and bridge components. The project is organized as a base effort with six options, and the base work must be completed sequentially from Phase 1 to Phase 2 so the yard can remain operational, with any awarded options performed in government-directed sequence. The procurement is unrestricted with a HUBZone price evaluation preference and best value tradeoff source selection, and the estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
