Stringout Construction (Rehabilitation) at Ensley Engineer Yard (EEY).

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, under the Department of the Army, is seeking a contractor for rehabilitation work at Ensley Engineer Yard. The project covers Stringout Replacement and related work, including removal of the existing ramp and piles, dredging and disposal, installation of new floating and structural components, new utilities, a connector bridge, an electrical substation, and associated earthwork and site improvements. The base work must be performed sequentially in Phase 1 and Phase 2 to keep the yard operational, and any awarded options must be completed in the sequence directed by the Government; the solicitation is unrestricted, includes a HUBZone price evaluation preference, and will use a best value tradeoff source selection process at 2915 Riverport Rd, Memphis, Tennessee. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
