Counter ISIS Ideologies in Returnee Populations from Northeast Syria

The Bureau of Counterterrorism at the Department of State is inviting applications for a cooperative agreement titled "Counter ISIS Ideologies in Returnee Populations from Northeast Syria," aimed at addressing radicalization among Iraqis returning from Syria, particularly focusing on children and adolescents from displaced persons camps.
