The Administration for Community Living is forecasting the availability of the Alzheimer's Disease Programs Initiative (ADPI) - States and Community Grants for Winter 2025, aimed at enhancing dementia-capable home and community-based service systems. This funding opportunity includes two distinct application options: Grants to States, which are intended for governmental entities to develop sustainable dementia-capable systems, and Grants to Communities, which are aimed at community-based organizations to address specific service gaps for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. With an estimated total program funding of $30 million, the initiative anticipates awarding approximately 30 cooperative agreements, with individual awards ranging from $850,000 to $1 million.
