Solicitation Notice: Transportation, Department of is seeking Technical Support Services Contract for Infrastructure Engineering Laboratories. This contract is a small business set-aside and will result in a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The service required is non-personal, Technical Support Services Contract for the Infrastructure Engineering Laboratories at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC). These services include laboratory support that provides engineers, technicians, laborers, and other related staff to complete the requirements for one or more of the engineering laboratories. The requirements are listed in the attached RFP as general lab support (common to multiple labs), and as individual or specific requirements of the work that may be conducted in each engineering laboratory. Research may require collaboration between laboratories.
