Description

Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Johnson Controls, Inc. for the upgrade of the existing Metasys Building Automation System. This system controls various electric, electronic, and mechanical systems throughout the facility, primarily for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, but also for lighting, security, and other building systems. Johnson Controls, Inc. is the sole authorized vendor for parts and service for the Metasys system. The procurement is authorized under FAR 13.106-1 and is not open for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. The closing date for responses is Tuesday, July 9th, 2024.
