The Department of Defense, through the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), is preparing to issue a solicitation for the FY25 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) of the USS OAK HILL (LSD 51). This procurement aims to ensure that the ship is capable of fulfilling its mission and maintaining readiness until the next scheduled depot availability, with the DSRA expected to last approximately 20 months from August 2025 to February 2027. The contract will encompass all necessary labor, supervision, production, testing, and quality assurance for the ship's maintenance, repair, and modernization, requiring a contractor with substantial resources and capabilities.
