Special Notice: HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking a Maintenance Service Contract for a Reverse Osmosis Water System. This contract is a 12-month base contract with two additional option years. The service includes monthly maintenance visits, filter replacements, UV bulb and sleeve replacements, and emergency services. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Neu-Ion, Inc. The Reverse Osmosis water system is used for providing clean and purified water for the National Institute of Mental Health's facilities in Bethesda, MD.
