The Department of State is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of supporting a User Experience and Application Effectiveness Assessment for a Student Information System (SIS) implemented on the Salesforce platform. This assessment aims to evaluate user satisfaction, system performance, and the effectiveness of training management processes currently utilized by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). The results will inform the acquisition method, which may include small business set-asides or open competition, potentially leading to multiple award contracts.
