Tapered insulation crickets and saddles will be utilized to improve drainage and prevent water ponding. A total of approximately 31,100 sqft of flat Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing will be installed using a low-rise urethane adhesive, as mechanical fasteners are not permitted on the hollow core concrete deck. Finally, new top flashing will be installed around the parapet wall, and all grounding rods and penetrations will be reinstalled and sealed.
