Sources Sought Notice: Homeland Security, Department of, is conducting market research for Language & Interpretation Support Services. These services are typically used by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide language interpretation during interactions with individuals seeking asylum or immigration benefits. The USCIS-RAIO Asylum Division Headquarters requires these services for routine and anticipated interactions, as well as during surges. The contractor(s) must have the capacity to meet the volume and language demands, including the ability to quickly increase staffing levels. The services may be required seven days a week and occasionally 24 hours a day. Interested parties should submit their capabilities and experience in providing similar services.
