The Library of Congress is seeking contractor support for Architecture, Engineering, and Quality Assurance services related to the preparation, fabrication, and installation of a new Retail Shop as part of its Visitor Experience Master Plan. The contractor will be responsible for issuing Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, conducting site visits for quality assurance, reviewing submittals and inspection reports, and facilitating quality assurance meetings, among other tasks.
