This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for a vendor to replace the engine long block in a 2014 Pierce P-22 fire-engine chassis (reg number 14L00096) for 1SOLRS/LGRV. The vendor must source and install a new crate engine or a certified remanufactured long block from a reputable entity, providing supporting documentation for the latter. Key tasks include inspecting and re-installing serviceable engine accessories with new gaskets, replacing unserviceable accessories after approval, and servicing all vehicle fluid systems with new fluids and filters. The vendor is responsible for installing and timing the fuel system to meet EPA emissions, servicing the air conditioning system, and performing a pump test in accordance with NFPA guidelines.
