The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Indian Health Service, is seeking qualified vendors for Retail Pharmaceutical Prescription Fulfillment services for patients in the Nashville Area Office service region. The procurement aims to establish a single or multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for filling prescriptions, including specialized and urgent need medications, at local retail pharmacies for referred patients. This initiative is crucial for ensuring accessible pharmaceutical care for the Indian community, and interested vendors must meet the criteria of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” as defined by HHSAR 326.601, as well as comply with the Buy Indian Act requirements. Interested parties should respond with their company information and capabilities statement by the estimated solicitation date, which is expected to be posted 15 days after this notice, with the contract performance commencing on April 1, 2025.
