    Notice of Intent to Single Source Award IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Our Community Listens

    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, through the W7NF USPFO ACTIVITY MIANG 110, has issued a Special Notice for the procurement of "Our Community Listens" (OCL) reflective listening courses. These courses are intended for the 110th Wing personnel at Battle Creek ANGB.

    Chapman Foundations for Caring Communities is the proprietary owner and creator of the OCL course and is the only source capable of providing this unique service. Therefore, the 110 MSC intends to award a single source purchase order to Chapman Foundations.

    This notice is not a request for offers and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. An oral Request for Quote will be issued to Chapman Foundations, with an anticipated award date of late Aug 2024. Interested sources may submit a capability statement by 3 PM EDT on 3 Aug 2024, demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement.

    The Government will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with awarding to a single source based on the responses received. All responses and capability statements must be emailed to michael.solo.4@us.af.mil, with messages not exceeding 10 MB in size.
