The Department of Agriculture is seeking qualified small businesses to provide snow removal services for approximately 30 miles of gravel roads at the Starkey Experimental Forest and Range in Oregon. The contract, which will commence in December 2024 and span five winter seasons, requires timely snow removal within 12 hours of notification, adherence to environmental standards, and maintenance of road structures and drainage functionality. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, technical capability, quality assurance, and past performance, with a maximum annual contract amount set between $300 and $15,000.
