The U.S. Coast Guard SFLC Procurement Branch 3 is seeking sources capable of providing unplanned dry dock support for the United States Coast Guard Cutter SPAR. The required scope of work includes performing an OD box major inspection and repair, controllable pitch propeller system and hub maintenance, propeller blade removal and installation, propulsion shaft seals mechanical overhaul, drydocking, and towing services from Duluth, Minnesota. The place of performance is Duluth, Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior, and interested contractors must submit a three- to five-page technical proposal demonstrating their capabilities.
