The Department of Commerce, specifically the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is seeking responses for the procurement of an aberration-free imaging spectrograph as part of its development of a new measurement and calibration capability. This spectrograph is intended to enhance the calibration of extremely dim light sources, such as nano-LEDs and night vision goggles, by integrating with Hamamatsu’s single-photon digital camera Model Orca-Quest 2. Interested vendors must provide detailed information about their capabilities, including compliance with specific technical requirements, and submit their responses to the primary contact, Cielo Ibarra, at cielo.ibarra@nist.gov, by the deadline of June 13, 2025. This notice serves as a sources sought announcement and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract.
