The project entails the renovation and repair of existing mechanical systems, as well as the construction of a new 8,300 square foot steel building addition, which includes comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Interested small businesses, including those certified as HUBZone, 8A, Woman-Owned, or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, must respond by May 20, 2025, with a detailed capability statement and relevant project experience, as the estimated contract value ranges from $5 million to $10 million and the duration is approximately 500 calendar days.
