NATO Business Opportunity: Initial Solutions for Enablement Support Services (ESS) Logistics Suite (LOGSUITE)

The Department of Commerce, specifically the Bureau of Industry and Security, is seeking qualified U.S. prime contractors to provide initial solutions for Enablement Support Services (ESS) Logistics Suite (LOGSUITE) for the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). This procurement aims to enhance NATO logistics, military engineering, and medical capabilities by improving existing NATO Logistics Functional Area Services (LOGFAS), including software enhancements, technical documentation, updated training materials, and in-service support, with Provisional System Acceptance expected by December 2027 and Final System Acceptance by June 2028. Participation is limited to vendors from NATO member nations, and successful bidders will need to handle "NATO RESTRICTED" information and possess personnel with "NATO SECRET" security clearances.
