The project aims to deliver a free-standing courthouse of approximately 190,701 gross square feet, featuring seven courtrooms and secure parking, to meet the judicial needs for the next 10 to 30 years. This procurement is significant as it will replace the existing Joel W. Solomon Federal Building, ensuring compliance with modern security and operational standards while promoting environmental sustainability through LEED Gold certification. The estimated construction cost is between $172 million and $182 million, with a contract award anticipated in October 2025.
