The Department of Defense, through the Defense Health Agency (DHA), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify contractors capable of supporting the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office (PMO). This RFI seeks input on various areas including product management, engineering, data governance, application development, and cloud hosting, as the EIDS PMO manages significant health-related data repositories and aims to refine its contracting strategy in response to operational changes. The initiative underscores the government's commitment to enhancing its contractor strategy while assessing market capabilities prior to potential future solicitations. Interested contractors are required to submit a structured response, limited to 17 pages, detailing their experience with Department of Defense requirements by March 4, 2025. For further inquiries, respondents may contact Lacey Lockard at lacey.n.lockard.civ@health.mil.
