    Sources Sought HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH is seeking Data Variables and Analysis Services for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Resilient Systems Office (RSO). The purpose of this procurement is to support the Market Overhaul to Reward Public Health Elevation in the United States (MORPHEUS) program Outcome Toolkit. ARPA-H is looking for data variables in the areas of maternal health, heart attack and stroke risk, opioid overdose, and alcohol-related health harms. This data will be used to calculate baseline rates of selected health outcomes for targeted geographies, allowing for targeted interventions and real-time evaluation of improvements.
