    Notice of Sources Sought MATOC Increase DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY: This notice is regarding the Directorate of Public Works (DPW)-Fort Eisenhower's intent to raise the ceiling on the current 2020-2025 Construction (MATOC) Contract. The DPW is requesting an increase to the contract ceiling for the construction MATOC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract was awarded to Reams Enterprises, Rand Enterprises, Outside the Box, and Corg Brawley JV. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but rather a notice of intent to raise the ceiling on the Construction (MATOC) Contract. The Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available for this contract action. The Fort Eisenhower Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to raise the ceiling on the Construction MATOC Contract with the aforementioned construction companies.
